By joining the Coffer waitlist or using any part of the Coffer platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Service

Coffer is a collectibles tracking platform that allows users to log, organize, and track the value of their personal collections. Features include portfolio tracking, market data integration, badge earning, and a peer marketplace. The service is currently in pre-launch and accepting waitlist sign-ups.

3. Waitlist

By joining the waitlist, you provide your name and email address so we can notify you when Coffer officially launches. We will not share your information with third parties for marketing purposes.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to use Coffer to submit false or misleading information, infringe on intellectual property rights, engage in fraudulent activity, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the platform.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and design on Coffer are owned by Coffer and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or redistribute any part of the service without written permission.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

Coffer is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy of market data or valuations displayed on the platform. Always conduct your own research before making financial decisions.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Coffer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
